# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1½-inch pieces
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
06 - ½ teaspoon paprika
07 - 2 cups panko breading

→ Butter Sauce Coating

08 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted
09 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
10 - 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
11 - ¼ cup parsley, finely diced
12 - ¼ teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss together to coat evenly.
03 - Add the panko breading to the bowl and toss again to coat the chicken pieces evenly.
04 - Place chicken in a single even layer in the air fryer basket and fry for 8 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through. Work in batches if necessary.
05 - In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic, parsley, and salt, and mix well.
06 - Pour the butter sauce evenly over the partially cooked chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated. Return the chicken to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
07 - Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
