Cowboy Butter Roasted Corn (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ears corn, husked and carefully cut into 1 ½-inch sections
02 - 1 recipe cowboy butter, melted
03 - parsley, chopped for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil, leaving enough room on the ends of the foil to create a packet.
02 - Place the corn sections onto the lined baking sheet. Brush each piece thoroughly with the melted cowboy butter, making sure all sides are well coated for maximum flavor.
03 - Wrap the corn in the aluminum foil, creating a large sealed packet that will allow the corn to steam and absorb all the butter flavors.
04 - Bake for 25-30 minutes, allowing the corn to cook through and become tender in the aromatic butter mixture.
05 - After baking, carefully open the aluminum foil (watch out for hot steam!). Switch the oven to broil setting and broil the corn for 8-10 minutes, rotating halfway through, until the corn develops a beautiful golden brown color.
06 - Remove corn from the oven. Brush any remaining cowboy butter over each section, reheating the butter if it has solidified. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve while warm.

# Notes:

01 - For air fryer preparation: Brush corn with melted cowboy butter, place in a single layer in air fryer, and cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes.
02 - This recipe also works well for grilled corn or corn made in the microwave.
