Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil, leaving enough room on the ends of the foil to create a packet.

Place the corn sections onto the lined baking sheet. Brush each piece thoroughly with the melted cowboy butter, making sure all sides are well coated for maximum flavor.

Wrap the corn in the aluminum foil, creating a large sealed packet that will allow the corn to steam and absorb all the butter flavors.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, allowing the corn to cook through and become tender in the aromatic butter mixture.

After baking, carefully open the aluminum foil (watch out for hot steam!). Switch the oven to broil setting and broil the corn for 8-10 minutes, rotating halfway through, until the corn develops a beautiful golden brown color.

Remove corn from the oven. Brush any remaining cowboy butter over each section, reheating the butter if it has solidified. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve while warm.
