Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the Cowboy Cream Cheese and shredded cheddar until well mixed.

Pipe each halved jalapeño with approximately 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture.

Arrange the stuffed jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet. Let them touch slightly to prevent tipping over. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon evenly on top.

Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is warmed through and the bacon is crisp.

Serve warm with ranch dressing for dipping.

Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place the prepared jalapeños into the air fryer basket (work in batches if necessary). Air fry for 5–7 minutes, or until the cheese is warmed through and the bacon is crisp. Serve warm with ranch dressing for dipping.
