01 - 60 g unsalted butter
02 - 200 g white mushrooms, sliced
03 - 1 small yellow onion, diced
04 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
05 - 240 ml chicken broth
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
09 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - 320 g cooked chicken breast, cubed
11 - 100 g frozen peas
12 - 240 ml heavy whipping cream
13 - 50 g Parmesan cheese, grated

# Instructions:

01 - Melt the unsalted butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion, sliced mushrooms, and diced red bell pepper. Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened and fragrant.
02 - Pour in the chicken broth. Add salt, garlic powder, dried thyme, ground black pepper, cubed cooked chicken, and frozen peas. Stir thoroughly to incorporate all ingredients.
03 - Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Allow the mixture to simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and ensure even heating.
04 - Stir in the heavy whipping cream and grated Parmesan cheese. Continue cooking for 2 additional minutes, stirring constantly. Do not allow the sauce to boil. Serve immediately while hot.
