Garlic Green Beans Parmesan (Print Version)

01 - 450 g green beans, washed and patted dry
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil or canola oil
03 - 1 teaspoon salt
04 - 0.75 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
05 - 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic (about 6 cloves)
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
07 - 25 g parmesan cheese, grated

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 220°C. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking oil spray.
02 - Spread green beans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Drizzle with oil and scatter salt, black pepper, chopped garlic, and parmesan over the beans. Toss thoroughly to ensure an even coating.
04 - Roast in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the beans are tender when pierced with a fork.
05 - Remove the tray from the oven. Adjust seasoning with extra salt and pepper if desired. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - To add a spicy kick, sprinkle cayenne, chili powder, or curry powder before roasting.
