Glazed Roasted Honey Carrots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 900 g carrots, diagonally cut into 5–8 cm pieces

→ Glaze

02 - 70 g unsalted butter
03 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 30 ml honey
05 - 0.25 tsp sea salt, or to taste
06 - 0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper

→ Garnish

07 - Chopped fresh parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 220°C. Lightly grease a baking sheet. Cut carrots into even, diagonal slices.
02 - Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 3 minutes until lightly browned, then remove from heat and stir in honey.
03 - Toss carrots thoroughly with the honey-garlic butter, salt, and pepper in a large bowl to evenly coat.
04 - Spread glazed carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 22–25 minutes, stirring halfway, until browned and tender.
05 - Adjust seasoning to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

01 - Ensure carrot pieces are cut to uniform size for consistent roasting.
02 - This dish can be prepared ahead and reheated gently before serving.
03 - Baby carrots may be substituted but require a reduced roasting time.
