09 - 15 ml garlic paste

11 - 2.5 g Southern Made Creole Seasoning

→ Finishing Touch

12 - Parmesan cheese, grated, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic paste, and creole seasoning until fully combined.
02 - Coat the cleaned blue crabs completely in the marinade. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
03 - Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, approximately 175°C. Oil the grill grates to reduce sticking.
04 - In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic paste, chopped parsley, and creole seasoning. Mix thoroughly.
05 - Place the marinated crabs face down on the hot grill. Cook with the lid closed for 5–7 minutes.
06 - Turn the crabs over and brush generously with the prepared butter basting sauce. Close the lid and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
07 - Remove the lid, sprinkle generous grated parmesan cheese over the crabs, and grill briefly until cheese melts.
08 - Transfer crabs to a serving platter and garnish with extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the crabs turn bright red and the meat is opaque and firm before removing them from the grill.
02 - Marinating enhances the flavor and tenderness of the crab meat.
