Coat the cleaned blue crabs completely in the marinade. Cover and let them marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, approximately 175°C. Oil the grill grates to reduce sticking.

In a separate bowl, combine melted butter, lemon juice, garlic paste, chopped parsley, and creole seasoning. Mix thoroughly.

Place the marinated crabs face down on the hot grill. Cook with the lid closed for 5–7 minutes.

Turn the crabs over and brush generously with the prepared butter basting sauce. Close the lid and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Remove the lid, sprinkle generous grated parmesan cheese over the crabs, and grill briefly until cheese melts.

Transfer crabs to a serving platter and garnish with extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
