10 - 1 tbsp green onions, sliced

→ Honey Butter Sauce

11 - 5 tbsps butter, room temperature
12 - 1/2 cup honey
13 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
14 - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
15 - 1/4 tsp salt
16 - 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the flour, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, salt, and ground black pepper in a large bowl. Add the chicken pieces to the flour mixture and mix until thoroughly coated.
02 - Melt the butter with the oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken, shaking off excess flour, forming a single layer. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
03 - Turn the heat to low and add remaining butter to the skillet. Once melted, add honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the sauce reaches a smooth caramel-like thickness.
04 - Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and mix until thoroughly coated. Turn off the heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
05 - Transfer the chicken to a platter and serve with white rice and sautéed green beans. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

# Notes:

01 - To achieve maximum crispiness, leave space between chicken pieces while frying.
