Mixed Berry Popsicles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Mixed Berries

01 - 240 g raspberries
02 - 240 g blueberries
03 - 240 g blackberries
04 - 320 g strawberries, sliced

→ Syrup and Acidity

05 - 90 ml simple syrup, or more to taste
06 - 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Place raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and sliced strawberries into a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.
02 - Add simple syrup and lemon juice to the pureed fruit. Blend again until fully combined. Adjust sweetness as desired.
03 - Pour the berry mixture evenly into popsicle molds, filling each cavity to the top.
04 - Place the filled molds in the freezer and chill for at least 4 hours or until popsicles are completely firm.
05 - Remove popsicles from molds and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For homemade simple syrup, combine equal parts water and granulated sugar, heat to a boil, cool, and store chilled.
02 - If using frozen berries, add a few tablespoons of water to thin the puree.
