01 - 1 pizza dough, store-bought or homemade
02 - Flour, for shaping

→ Cheeses

03 - 1/3 cup (approx. 70 g) shredded mozzarella cheese or 1 ball fresh mozzarella
04 - 1/4 cup (approx. 40 g) crumbled gorgonzola or blue cheese
05 - 1/4 cup (approx. 40 g) shredded fontina or taleggio
06 - 2 tablespoons (approx. 14 g) grated parmesan cheese

→ Additional

07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 245°C. Place a pizza stone or baking tray inside to heat thoroughly.
02 - On a floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a thin, even circle. Transfer onto parchment paper or a floured pizza peel.
03 - Distribute mozzarella evenly over the dough. Dot surface with small pieces of gorgonzola. Sprinkle with fontina or taleggio cheese, then finish with parmesan. Drizzle olive oil over the cheese.
04 - Carefully slide the topped dough onto the preheated stone or tray. Bake for 8–12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden and the base is crisp.
05 - Remove pizza from oven. Garnish with chopped parsley or basil if desired. Slice and serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - A balance of melty, creamy, and sharp cheeses creates optimal flavor and texture.
02 - Avoid overloading the pizza with cheese to maintain a crisp base and proper melt.
03 - A light drizzle of cream before baking can enhance decadence if preferred.
