01 - 2 bunches radishes, cleaned, trimmed, and halved lengthwise
02 - 2.5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
03 - 0.5 lemon, juiced
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 - Combine halved radishes, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon juice in a large mixing bowl. Toss thoroughly to coat. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
03 - Distribute the seasoned radishes evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
04 - Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, or until edges are crisp and browned and radishes yield slightly to a fork.
05 - Taste for seasoning, adjust salt and pepper if necessary, and garnish with lemon zest if desired. Serve immediately.
