Strawberry Watermelon Ice Pops (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruit Base

01 - 3 heaping cups cubed watermelon
02 - 1 heaping cup strawberries, fresh or frozen

→ Citrus

03 - Zest of 1 lime (approximately 1 teaspoon)
04 - Juice of 1 lime (approximately 30 millilitres)

# Instructions:

01 - Measure out the cubed watermelon and strawberries. Zest and juice the lime.
02 - Combine watermelon, strawberries, lime zest, and lime juice in a blender. Process until the mixture is completely smooth.
03 - Sample the blended mixture and adjust the flavour if desired by adding additional lime juice or a hint of sweetener.
04 - Pour the blended fruit mixture evenly into popsicle molds, allowing a small space at the top for expansion.
05 - Cover the molds with a lid or foil and insert wooden popsicle sticks. Freeze for 3–4 hours or until fully set.
06 - To remove, run each mold under cold water for a few seconds and gently wiggle the stick to loosen the popsicle. Repeat as necessary until each popsicle releases cleanly.

# Notes:

01 - Remove frozen popsicles from the molds and store in an airtight, freezer-safe bag to maximise freshness and free up molds for additional batches.
