Vegetarian White Bean Buffalo Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Buffalo white bean base

01 - 1 can (425 g) white beans, rinsed and drained
02 - 113 g cream cheese
03 - 120 ml plain whole milk Greek yogurt or sour cream
04 - 160 ml medium or hot buffalo sauce

→ Mix-ins

05 - 1 can (425 g) white beans, rinsed and drained
06 - 85 g shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
07 - 85 g sharp cheddar cheese or spicy cheddar, divided
08 - 25 g green onions, green part only, diced

→ Garnishes

09 - Fresh cilantro, chopped
10 - Extra sliced green onion

→ For serving

11 - Tortilla chips
12 - Carrot sticks
13 - Celery sticks

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a 23 cm oven-safe skillet or 20x20 cm baking pan with nonstick spray and set aside.
02 - Combine 1 can of drained white beans, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and buffalo sauce in a food processor. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
03 - Pour the blended mixture into the prepared skillet or baking pan. Gently stir in the remaining can of beans, 30 g of mozzarella, 30 g of cheddar cheese, and diced green onions. Spread evenly with a spatula.
04 - Distribute the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the top. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and lightly golden around the edges.
05 - Remove from oven. Garnish with fresh cilantro and additional green onions. Serve hot with tortilla chips, carrot sticks, and celery sticks.

# Notes:

01 - For added heat, use spicy buffalo sauce, spicy shredded cheddar, or top with sliced jalapeños.
02 - Can be made ahead and baked just before serving for convenience.
