Baked Cranberry Brie Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry, defrosted
02 - 4 ounces brie cheese (small wheel)
03 - 1⁄2 cup cranberry sauce

→ Optional Garnishes

04 - Candied pecans
05 - Fresh rosemary sprigs

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Place the brie wheel in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to make it easier to cut.
02 - Unroll the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 16 equal squares (4 rows by 4 rows). Place each square into a prepared muffin tin cavity.
03 - Remove the semi-frozen brie from freezer and cut into 16 small cubes. Place one cube in each pastry-lined muffin cup and top with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce, being careful not to overfill.
04 - Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the puff pastry turns golden brown.
05 - Allow to cool for a few minutes, then carefully run a sharp knife around each bite to remove from the tin. Garnish with candied pecans and fresh rosemary if desired. Serve while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Check bites around 10 minutes as oven temperatures may vary
02 - Can substitute cranberry sauce with raspberry jam, apricot jam, fig jam, or pesto
03 - Don't overfill the bites as they will puff up significantly during baking
