In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with yellow mustard and buffalo sauce until well coated. Then, in a separate bowl, dredge each wing in flour, shaking off excess. Place the coated wings on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Heat vegetable oil in a large pot to 375°F (use enough oil to fill halfway). Fry wings in small batches (2-3 at a time) for 6-8 minutes until golden and crispy. Place fried wings on a wire rack set over a baking sheet.

Once all wings are done, bring oil back to 375°F and fry wings again for 2 minutes for extra crispiness. Return to wire rack.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add honey, fresh lemon juice, and kosher salt, stirring until well combined.

Place the crispy wings in a large bowl and pour the warm honey-butter sauce over them. Toss until all wings are evenly coated.
