Christmas Fruit Mince Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For Ice Cream

01 - 395g (14 oz) can of condensed milk
02 - 600ml (2½ cups) heavy whipping cream (minimum 35% fat)
03 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
04 - 2 teaspoons orange zest
05 - 1½ cups fruit mince meat (homemade or store-bought)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the condensed milk and heavy whipping cream.
02 - Using electric hand beaters, whip the mixture until it thickens and soft peaks form.
03 - Gently fold in the vanilla extract, orange zest, and fruit mince using a spatula until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
04 - Transfer the mixture to a 20 x 20 cm (8 x 8 inch) square dish and freeze for at least six hours or overnight until firm.

# Notes:

01 - Keep in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week
02 - Use full-fat cream for best results
03 - Store-bought fruit mince can be enhanced with additional spices if desired
