# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken Skewers

01 - 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound), cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
04 - 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

→ For Finishing

06 - 1⁄2 cup cowboy butter, melted
07 - Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking
02 - In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated
03 - Thread 4-5 seasoned chicken cubes onto each soaked wooden skewer, leaving small spaces between pieces for even cooking
04 - Cook in air fryer at 400°F for 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature
05 - Remove cooked skewers from air fryer, place on serving platter, drizzle with melted cowboy butter, and garnish with fresh chopped parsley

02 - For grill method: Cook over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes per side
