Cranberry Tuna Salad Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Tuna Salad

01 - 10 ounces canned tuna, drained (2 5-ounce cans)
02 - 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries
03 - 1⁄4 to 1⁄3 cup diced celery
04 - 1⁄4 cup thinly sliced green onions
05 - 1⁄3 to 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
07 - 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

→ For Serving

09 - 1-2 medium apples, sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Place the drained tuna in a shallow bowl and gently break it apart with a fork until flaked.
02 - Add dried cranberries, diced celery, sliced green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the tuna. Mix well until everything is evenly combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Start with 1/3 cup mayonnaise, adding more if desired.
03 - Cut apples into slices and remove the core from each slice by cutting a small square around it with a sharp knife.
04 - Top each apple slice with a generous scoop of the cranberry tuna salad mixture. Serve immediately while apples are fresh.
