Creamy Protein Mocha Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
02 - 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
03 - ½ - 1 banana, sliced & frozen
04 - 1½ tsp instant coffee
05 - 1 Tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
06 - 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Add all ingredients to a blender: almond milk, chocolate protein powder, frozen banana slices, instant coffee, honey or maple syrup, and cocoa powder (if using). Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
02 - For a super thick and creamy texture, blend for at least 1-2 minutes until the smoothie becomes thick and "fluffy".
03 - Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for the best taste and texture.

# Notes:

01 - Starbucks VIA Colombia Instant Coffee (medium roast) works well in this recipe as it comes in convenient packets.
02 - Quest Nutrition Chocolate Protein Powder is recommended for this smoothie, but any chocolate protein powder will work.
03 - For a dairy-free version, ensure your protein powder is dairy-free in addition to using plant-based milk.
