Creamy Rigatoni with Boursin Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb Ground Beef or Italian Sausage
02 - 1 Yellow Onion, Diced
03 - 3-4 Garlic Cloves, minced
04 - 1 lb Rigatoni Pasta
05 - 24 oz Jar of Spaghetti Sauce or Marinara
06 - 4 Cups Chicken Broth
07 - 5 oz Package of Garlic and Herb Boursin Cheese

→ Seasonings & Garnish

08 - 2 tsp Onion Powder
09 - 2 tsp Garlic Powder
10 - 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
11 - Fresh Grated Parmesan for serving
12 - Dried or Fresh Parsley, for garnish
13 - Salt and Pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a dutch oven, over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. If desired, drain the grease when the meat is fully cooked.
02 - Stir in the seasonings.
03 - Add the sauce, the pasta and the chicken broth. Stir well and bring to a gentle boil.
04 - Place the lid on and reduce to a simmer. Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until pasta is al dente.
05 - Stir in the Boursin cheese until it is completely melted.
06 - Salt and pepper to taste if needed.
07 - Garnish with parsley and top with parmesan for serving.
