Dill Pickle Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Dip

01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
02 - 1½ cups diced dill pickles
03 - 2 tablespoons pickle juice
04 - 1 teaspoon dried dill
05 - 1 teaspoon dried parsley
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
08 - ½ teaspoon dried chives
09 - Freshly ground black pepper to taste

→ Optional Breadcrumb Topping

10 - 1 tablespoon salted butter
11 - 1 clove garlic, minced
12 - ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

→ For Garnish and Serving

13 - Fresh dill
14 - Fresh chives
15 - Extra chopped pickles
16 - Potato chips and cut vegetables for serving

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt (or sour cream), diced pickles, pickle juice, dried dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, chives, and black pepper until well combined.
02 - Melt butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add panko breadcrumbs and cook, stirring occasionally, until toasted golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer to a plate to cool.
03 - If using breadcrumbs, stir half into the dip. Garnish with remaining breadcrumbs, fresh dill, chives, and extra pickles. Serve with potato chips and vegetables.
