Green Goddess Salad Dressing (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing Ingredients

01 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
02 - 1 cup fresh parsley
03 - 1 cup basil
04 - 2 tablespoons chopped chives
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
06 - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
07 - 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
08 - 1 clove garlic, minced
09 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
10 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into your food processor - the Greek yogurt, fresh parsley, basil, chopped chives, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and a few grinds of black pepper. Blend it all up until you've got a smooth, vibrant green dressing. Give it a taste and add more salt or pepper if needed.
02 - This versatile dressing is ready to use right away! Drizzle it over your favorite salad greens, use it as a dip for fresh veggies, spread it on sandwiches, or even spoon it over grilled chicken, fish, or roasted vegetables for an herby flavor boost.
03 - If you're not using it all at once, pour the dressing into a jar or container with a tight-fitting lid. It'll keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Just give it a good stir before using it again, as it might separate a bit while sitting.

# Notes:

01 - Greek yogurt gives this dressing a protein boost, but you can substitute with sour cream or mayo if you prefer.
02 - Feel free to experiment with different herb combinations - cilantro, dill, tarragon, and mint all work beautifully in this recipe.
03 - For an extra punch of umami flavor, try adding a couple of anchovy fillets, a teaspoon of anchovy paste, or a tablespoon of capers.
04 - A food processor works best for this recipe, creating the smoothest texture. A blender can work too, but you'll need to stop and scrape down the sides a few times.
