06 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
07 - 1 clove fresh garlic, minced

08 - 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
09 - 1/3 cup crushed pistachios
10 - 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
11 - Zest of 1 lemon

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet, pat dry with paper towels, and season with salt and pepper.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
04 - Combine panko, crushed pistachios, Parmesan cheese, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
05 - Drizzle the lemon honey mixture over the salmon, then top with the pistachio mixture, pressing gently. Bake for 10-14 minutes until salmon flakes easily (internal temperature 125-130°F).
