Easy Smoked Salmon Roll Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Roll Ups

01 - 8 oz smoked salmon
02 - 1⁄2 cup whipped cream cheese
03 - 2 tablespoons green onion, thinly sliced
04 - 2 teaspoons lemon zest
05 - 1 small Persian cucumber, cut into thin strips
06 - 1⁄2 avocado, cut into thin strips
07 - Everything But The Bagel Seasoning

→ For the Citrus Soy Sauce

08 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
09 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
10 - 1 tablespoon water
11 - 1 1⁄2 teaspoons mirin
12 - 1 tablespoon green onion, thinly sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, water, mirin, and sliced green onion in a small bowl. Refrigerate while preparing rolls.
02 - Combine whipped cream cheese, green onion, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
03 - Lay plastic wrap on counter, sprinkle with Everything But The Bagel Seasoning. Arrange smoked salmon slices overlapping to form a rectangle.
04 - Spread cream cheese mixture over salmon. Place cucumber and avocado strips in the center. Using plastic wrap as aid, carefully roll salmon around filling.
05 - Freeze roll for 5-10 minutes to firm up. Slice to desired thickness and serve with citrus soy sauce or crackers.

01 - Can substitute EBTB with black and white sesame seeds
02 - Can be served with crackers instead of soy sauce
