Add heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 6-8 minutes until sauce begins to thicken.

Stir in parmesan cheese until completely melted and sauce is smooth.

Add cooked fettuccine and sausage to the skillet, tossing until everything is well coated in the sauce.
