Beat mashed bananas, applesauce, and eggs until combined. Add honey, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Beat until well mixed.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Pour into wet ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in walnuts.
