Cottage Cheese Strawberry Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup milk
02 - 3/4 cup cottage cheese
03 - 10 whole fresh or frozen strawberries
04 - 3 tbsp maple syrup
05 - 2 tsp vanilla bean paste
06 - 1 tbsp of gelatin
07 - Biscoff cookies (for mix-ins, optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Add milk, cottage cheese, frozen strawberries, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste, and gelatin into a high-speed blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy with no cottage cheese lumps remaining. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or strawberry flavor by adding more maple syrup or strawberries as needed.
02 - Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, making sure it's evenly distributed and not filled above the max fill line. Tap the container gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles. Cover tightly with the lid.
03 - Place the container in the freezer in an upright position and freeze for at least 12 hours, preferably overnight. The mixture needs to be completely frozen solid before processing.
04 - The next day, remove the lid from the frozen pint and place it into your Ninja Creami machine. Attach the outer bowl, lock it into place according to manufacturer's instructions, then select the "Ice Cream" function and let it spin until complete.
05 - After the first spin, assess the texture. If it seems crumbly or not smooth enough, add 2 tablespoons of milk to the center of the container and select the "Re-spin" function. If needed, add 1 more tablespoon of milk and spin again. This should result in a smooth, creamy, perfectly scoopable strawberry ice cream.
06 - If you'd like to add mix-ins, now is the time! Either manually stir in crushed Biscoff cookies, strawberry jam, freeze-dried strawberries, or fresh strawberry chunks, or use the "Mix-In" function on your Ninja Creami to incorporate them evenly throughout the ice cream.
07 - Scoop the finished ice cream into bowls or cones. If desired, sprinkle additional crushed Biscoff cookies on top for extra texture and flavor. Serve immediately for the best soft-serve consistency, or transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer for later enjoyment.

# Notes:

01 - Always taste the base mixture before freezing to ensure you're happy with the sweetness and flavor intensity.
02 - The gelatin helps create a smooth, creamy texture by preventing large ice crystals from forming during freezing.
03 - For best results, ensure your Ninja Creami pint is frozen for the full 12 hours or overnight.
