Greek Chicken Burgers Easy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Patty Base

01 - 450 g ground chicken
02 - 35 g red onion, diced
03 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
04 - 35 g sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
05 - 30 g baby spinach, roughly chopped
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
07 - 2 teaspoons dried oregano
08 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
09 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ For Cooking

10 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

→ Optional Toppings

11 - butter lettuce leaves
12 - tzatziki sauce
13 - crumbled feta cheese
14 - sliced red onion
15 - sliced tomato
16 - sliced avocado

# Instructions:

01 - Combine ground chicken, diced red onion, minced garlic, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, chopped spinach, fresh dill, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Mix by hand until thoroughly incorporated.
02 - Divide the mixture evenly and shape into four large, uniform patties.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for approximately 5 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked through. Patties may also be grilled if preferred.
04 - Serve patties plain or assemble onto buns with desired toppings such as lettuce, tzatziki, feta, red onion, tomato, or avocado.

# Notes:

01 - Cooked patties can be refrigerated in an airtight container for up to four days.
02 - Freeze cooled, cooked patties with parchment between layers for up to three months.
03 - Prepare patties a day in advance; separate with parchment and store raw in the fridge before cooking.
04 - Great paired with Greek-style fries for a complete meal.
