No-Fail Chocolate Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups milk chocolate chips
02 - 1 can sweetened condensed milk (1 ¼ cup)
03 - 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
04 - pinch salt
05 - 1 cup powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Add chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt to a medium pot on the stove. Heat on low to melt the chocolate, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Remove from heat once the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
02 - Stir in the powdered sugar until completely incorporated and no lumps remain. The mixture will thicken slightly as you stir.
03 - Spread the fudge mixture into a square 9-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper. Make sure to spread it evenly into the corners and smooth the top with a spatula.
04 - Place the pan in the refrigerator and allow the fudge to cool and set for at least 2 hours, or until firm to the touch.
05 - Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper edges. Place on a cutting board and cut into 24 squares (or your preferred size). Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
