Add chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla and salt to a medium pot on the stove. Heat on low to melt the chocolate, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Remove from heat once the mixture is smooth and fully melted.

Stir in the powdered sugar until completely incorporated and no lumps remain. The mixture will thicken slightly as you stir.

Spread the fudge mixture into a square 9-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper. Make sure to spread it evenly into the corners and smooth the top with a spatula.

Place the pan in the refrigerator and allow the fudge to cool and set for at least 2 hours, or until firm to the touch.

Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper edges. Place on a cutting board and cut into 24 squares (or your preferred size). Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
