Toasted Marshmallow Ice Cream (Print Version)

01 - 240 ml whipping cream
02 - 180 ml sweetened condensed milk
03 - 120 g mini marshmallows

# Instructions:

01 - Using a hand mixer on medium speed, whip the whipping cream for approximately 4 minutes until soft peaks form.
02 - Reduce mixer speed to low and gradually blend in sweetened condensed milk until evenly combined.
03 - Preheat broiler. Arrange mini marshmallows on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil for 1 to 2 minutes, monitoring closely, until golden and toasted.
04 - Quickly add the toasted marshmallows to the whipped cream mixture, gently folding until well distributed.
05 - Transfer mixture to a freezer-safe container. Freeze for a minimum of 8 hours before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Broiling marshmallows requires constant attention, as they brown rapidly and can easily burn.
