Briefly warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a dry skillet to make them more pliable for rolling.

Lay each tortilla flat and add a generous portion of seasoned beef down the center. Top with a mixture of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from bottom to top, creating a tight burrito.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the burritos seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and tortillas turn golden brown.
