Cheesy Beefy Burrito Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat & Seasonings

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning
03 - ½ cup water

→ Cheese & Tortillas

04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
06 - 8 large flour tortillas

→ Toppings & Garnishes

07 - 1 cup salsa
08 - ½ cup sour cream
09 - ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
10 - ½ cup tomatoes, diced
11 - ¼ cup red onion, diced
12 - ¼ cup black olives, sliced (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it into smaller pieces as it cooks. Once browned, drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring until well combined and thickened (about 2-3 minutes).
02 - Briefly warm the flour tortillas in the microwave or on a dry skillet to make them more pliable for rolling.
03 - Lay each tortilla flat and add a generous portion of seasoned beef down the center. Top with a mixture of cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from bottom to top, creating a tight burrito.
04 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the burritos seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and tortillas turn golden brown.
05 - Let burritos cool slightly before serving. Offer salsa, sour cream, cilantro, diced tomatoes, red onion, and black olives as optional toppings.
